We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist renewable energy organisation delivering blade inspection, repair and upgrade projects across offshore and onshore environments.

About the Client:

We're supporting an established business within the renewable energy sector, recognised for delivering specialist engineering and operational services across wind energy projects. They have a strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Leading blade inspection, repair and upgrade projects
* Managing project schedules, resources and delivery timelines
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients
* Overseeing project documentation, reporting and contractual deliverables
* Managing project budgets, costs and financial performance
* Ensuring all work follows HSEQ standards and Safety Management Systems
* Completing and reviewing project risk assessments
* Coordinating mobilisation of project teams, contractors and site personnel
* Working closely with HSEQ, HR, Crewing and Procurement teams
* Managing suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality standards
* Providing regular project updates to senior stakeholders
* Promoting a proactive culture of safety and accountability

What We Need From You:

* Project management experience within renewables, offshore, engineering or industrial environments
* Experience managing site teams, contractors and project personnel
* Strong understanding of HSEQ, risk assessments and safety procedures
* Ability to manage budgets, schedules and project performance
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
* Flexible approach to offshore, onshore and site-based project work
