About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inspection Project Manager to join our growing team within the wind energy sector. This role will be responsible for managing inspection scopes across onshore and offshore wind projects, ensuring delivery is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage wind turbine inspection projects (towers, foundations, nacelles, balance of plant)
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee inspection teams and subcontractors
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project-specific requirements
• Liaise with clients, site managers, and technical teams
• Review and approve inspection reports and technical documentation
• Manage risk assessments, method statements, and quality assurance processes
• ​Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

​

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the wind or renewable energy sector
• Strong background in inspection services, LOLER, PUWER etc
• Knowledge of onshore and/or offshore wind operations
• Detailed knowledge of Motion Kinetic Inspection Software
• Ability to manage inspection projects in line with United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
• Familiarity with industry standards and HSE requirements
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GWO, SMSTS, NEBOSH, or equivalent – desirable)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
