BVG Associates is an independent consultancy with expertise in the technology, implementation and economics of wind and marine energy generation systems. We are committed to helping our clients establish renewable energy generation as a major, responsible and cost-effective part of a sustainable global energy mix.

There are three strands to our work:
• Providing technical expertise and helping to bring innovations to market
• Enabling the development of the industry and its supply chain
• Working with companies to improve the operational performance of their products and assets.

Founded in 2005, we have grown in size and reputation, delivering industry-leading work for public sector and private clients. We have long-standing and wide-ranging relationships with project developers, product manufacturers and technology owners, key influencers in central Government and local Government and market enablers.

We seek to employ people with excellent capability and attitude. Many of our team have broad and deep hands-on technical and industry knowledge and are able to communicate effectively with people from frontline to boardroom. You will be researching, learning and then providing expert advice to a wide range of organisations across the sector to drive development forward. Initially, you will be inputting into others’ projects and in time, will manage your own.
Our team has always been busy; we look for energetic and focussed people who can get out there to win new business, manage their time effectively, take the initiative and deliver to the high standards that we set ourselves. In a relatively small industry, we believe that delivering excellence to one customer is the best way to win work from another. We don’t have a dedicated sales team - our best advert is our staff and we all work to win new opportunities that will make a difference. You will need to be excellent with written and verbal communication as well as with technical analysis; this is crucial as the majority of our output includes some form of written report or presentation.

We are a wholly owned limited company with an office in Cricklade, Wiltshire and Aberdour, Fife.
